I have been using this location for years. Has a small town feel, always friendly people. I have never had any issues , always feel safe going alone. Any problems you might have the management is quick to help. One time I even forgot a load of clothes and went the next day to find all my clothes folded and in a basket waiting for me.
This place is great! The couple who run it are so genuine and friendly and helpful. The lady is always so welcoming and nice and always wants to give me a hug. She remembers me every time by name.
Clean but it could be a little cooler in there. A little less then half of the top dryers work. Never had any issues with the washers. Vending machine with soap and fabric softeners if you forget to bring any.
All of the machines work 99% of the time. And if they don't just tell the owner and he will fix them and move your clothes to another for no cost. And the price to wash is fantastic. It is my go to place.
Staff was SUPER nice and VERY helpful! I chose to bring in my family's laundry in..let's just say with a family of 6 laundry gets backed up when "life" happens. So I wanted to go ahead and knock it out!! So me and my 2 youngest daughters brought in 13 full baskets of laundry to get done at 3pm. The lady that work here and one very nice lady that was there doing laundry helped me with getting washers 2 big ones and 3 medium ones and answering my questions, helping me to watch keep an eye to see when they where done, to get the best working dryers, and letting me know to watch to see if 1 load is dry and another load isn't to split that load to save money. I was so very grateful for all the help and I was able to complete every bit of our laundry in 3 hours. I also enjoyed their company as well they were so very nice and funny. Even though I have a washer and dryer at home I may just start doing our laundry here for the company. Thank you ladies..until next time!!
